R.V.S Educational Trust was founded by the esteemed educationist Vijayashree Dr.K.V.Kuppusamy, our Chairman and today it has widened its horizon from Technical Education to all popular disciplines including Medicine and Agriculture with more than 110 institutions under its fold.  Our College, R.V.S College of Engineering is one of the earliest self-financing, non-minority colleges in Tamilnadu established by R.V.S Educational Trust.

R.V.S College of Engineering blossomed in the year 1985 with branches in, CIVIL, MECH, and CSE and commenced its journey with the vision of nurturing knowledge and untapped talents among young individuals. It expanded its offerings over the years, it introduced UG programs in EEE, ECE, PETRO, TEXTILE, IT, AIDS, CHEMICAL, FASHION, COMPUTER AND COMMUNICATION and PG programs in Construction Engineering & Management, Structural Engineering, Thermal Engineering, Embedded System Technologies, Computer Science and Engineering, CAD/CAM, Applied Electronics and MCA.  Presently R.V.S college of Engineering offers 12 UG Courses and 8 PG Courses. Our college is approved by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), New Delhi and is affiliated with Anna University, Chennai. It is recognized by UGC under 2F. Certified with ISO 9001:2015, the college adheres to a well-defined quality policy and system procedures .The College is situated 8 Kms from Dindigul town on the Karur road via Gujiliamparai.

Our primary goal is to cultivate innovative skills and individuality in students, preparing them to standout in today’s competitive world. The Trust has provided infrastructure of very high quality facilitating the students to comprehend engineering subjects and acquire the required skills for their career.
